What equipment do I need to bring with me to classes?
You should always bring a drink and preferably a towel.
What should I wear?
You should wear a comfortable t-shirt and shorts or tracksuit bottoms.
I am unfit and haven't trained in a while. Will this matter?
No. Everyone is different and we encourage people to train at their own pace. After a few lessons your fitness levels will increase and you will be able to push yourself even harder.
How often should I train?
We hold 2 classes a week and we would recommend that you attend both. This enables you to steadily increase and maintain your fitness levels.
Are women / children welcome at the club?
Yes. Our club actively recruits women and children. We have a female instructor dedicated to teaching our female members
